Samuel is a professional workplace Educator, Neuroplasticity Practitioner, and creator of the Stress Temperature workplace wellbeing model. He coaches individuals and teams to reduce stress, prevent burnout and boost wellbeing through his unique models, personal experience of burnout and the principles of Neuroplasticity. Samuel is also a certified Mental Health First Aider in Australia.
